Because you are part of a Padlet for Schools account, you should be using your school’s custom domain to log in (and not padlet.com). Before changing your password, try logging in here: {DOMAIN}.padlet.org <br>

If you still can’t get in, try resetting your password via our Forgot Password link on the login screen. You can access it here: {DOMAIN}.padlet.org/auth/forgot <br>

If you're having trouble accessing the page via the link, please try it in a private or incognito window (which will allow you to access the page without it accessing your cookies and cache). You can right-click on the link and select the option to open it with a private/incognito browser window or you can copy the link location and paste it into a private/incognito browser window by using these hotkeys: <br>

On a Mac, press: Command + Shift + N || On a PC press: Ctrl + Shift + N <br>

If you do not see the email with the reset password link, check your spam folder or to try searching your inbox for "padlet." <br>
