Expired film

Exporting your padlet has given you an 'Expired film' error and no result produced. The padlet you created must be very extraordinary! Sounds like you're going to have to stop being so great!

What does it mean?

In most cases, if you receive the 'Expired film' error message, your padlet is very large in size. Typically, the padlet has a lot of posts and uploads so the server times out before it is able to load the export.

How do you fix it?

First, you'll want to try to export your padlet in a different browser. If you have tried exporting your padlet in Chrome, try it again using Safari, for example. If you get the same result, please contact Customer Support with the link to the padlet, the things you've done to try to resolve this on your own already and any screenshots/screen recordings you may have. We will try to get this solved for you.
