This error may display when inviting contributors to your padlet in the Share menu.
Usernames
If you have entered a Padlet username, 'Please enter a valid email address' may appear if the username is not registered on Padlet.
However, a registered account is not required to add someone as a collaborator on your padlet. You can add their email address instead!
Email addresses
If you have an email address for the user you want to share your padlet with, you can add their email address in the text box and an email will be sent to them inviting them to collaborate on the padlet with you.
If you continue to receive the 'Please enter a valid email address' error, something else may be amiss.
Please double-check the email address for errors, as there may be some non alpha numeric characters added.
