Where are my posts?

If you open your padlet and all of your posts are missing - try not to panic! This may be an extension issue resulting in a completely blank padlet (minus the wallpaper).

How do you fix it?

We have received reports in the past from people that use Firefox and Chrome browsers to share/view their padlets. If this is the case for you, please try one of the following:

  • Use a different browser, if available
  • Disable the Ad Blocker extension within your browser
  • Open the padlet in an incognito/private window - To do this, see below:

For Mac users:
Press Cmd + Shift + n
For PC users:
Press Ctrl + Shift + n

If you prefer to use Chrome or Firefox and the incognito/private browser window fixed the issue - try clearing your cache and cookies.

In the 'Clear browsing data' box, click the checkboxes for cookies, other sites, plug-in data, cached images, and files. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. This should allow you to begin using Chrome and/or Firefox in a regular browser window again.
