Where are my posts?

If you open your padlet and all of your posts are missing - try not to panic! This may be an extension issue resulting in a completely blank padlet (minus the wallpaper).
How do you fix it?
We have received reports in the past from people that use Firefox and Chrome browsers. If this is the case for you, please try one of the following:
- If available, try a different browser
- Disable the Ad Blocker extension within your browser
- Open the padlet in an incognito/private window - To do this, see below:
For Mac users: | Press Cmd + Shift + n |
For PC users: | Press Ctrl + Shift + n |
If you prefer to use Chrome or Firefox and the incognito/private browser window fixed the issue - try clearing your cache and cookies.
In the 'Clear browsing data' box, click the checkboxes for
- cookies
- other sites
- plug-in data
- cached images
- files
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. This should allow you to begin using Chrome and/or Firefox in a regular browser window again.
