A Padlet for Schools subscription is required to integrate Padlet with your LMS.

Connect your LMS and add padlets as assignments here! Just follow the instructions according to the appropriate LMS below.
Be mindful that there are two different sets of instructions for each LMS -- one for padlet.org accounts and one for padlet.com accounts. Be sure to choose the right one according to your specific LMS.

Grade passback
Do note: LTI integration only allows for adding padlets as assignments. If you want to add padlets elsewhere within your LMS, please use the embed feature.
For itsLearning and Schoology, grade passback will need to be set up through an app on your platform.
Admins - Consider enabling gradebook entry for your entire organization by default. This is helpful so teachers don't have to enable the setting for each padlet they create.
Just click on the Settings cog icon at the top of your Padlet dashboard > select your school's workspace (at the top) > Connections > toggle the button ON next to 'Automatically enable gradebook entry when linking padlets from LMS.'

What information is shared between Padlet and a LMS when using LTI?
Padlet receives your email address, role, and (if available), name and username associated with your account on the LMS. Go here for more information.
How is user login different once a LMS has been connected via LTI?
User login is essentially the same.
If you have an existing account within your LMS and an existing account at Padlet, we will match the email addresses based on what is listed in the LMS.
If you do not have an existing Padlet account but you do have an account in your LMS, we will automatically provision an account on Padlet using the email address and role currently in the LMS. Click here for more information.

How do I embed a padlet in my LMS to use grade passback?
To use grade passback, you must have a LTI connection and your padlet will need to be deeplinked to an assignment. Click on the LMS you use in the table under the 'Connect your LMS' section above. Then, navigate to the 'For Teachers' section. Follow the instructions there to embed your padlet properly for grade passback.
How do I embed a padlet in my LMS without a LTI connection?
You can embed a padlet in your LMS even if you don't have a Padlet for Schools account! Just click here and follow the steps!
How do I sync grade passback from Padlet to my LMS?
First, you will need to be sure your LMS is set up to allow grade passback. Then, add your padlet to an assignment within your LMS. Follow the steps here to finish out the process!
