There are a few ways to share a padlet in your LMS. One way is to add your padlet as an assignment.

Connect your LMS

If your school hasn't set up a LTI connection, please ask your admin to do so by following the set up instructions found below for your chosen LMS and your Padlet account location (.com or .org).

Benefits

There are several benefits of using a LTI connection within your LMS. You can:

Admins - Consider enabling gradebook entry for your entire organization by default. This is helpful so teachers don't have to enable this for each padlet they create.

Just click on the Settings cog icon at the top of your Padlet dashboard > select your school's workspace (at the top) > Connections > toggle the button ON next to 'Automatically enable gradebook entry when linking padlets from LMS.'
  • Choose a more secure privacy setting - (using School only as the 'Link privacy' option is only available to use in your LMS when you have an active LTI connection)
  • Enable class groups
  • Enable role provisioning

Add your padlet as an assignment

After confirming your LTI connection is set up, click the link in the table above that corresponds to your LMS and Padlet account location (.com or .org) and navigate to the 'For Teachers' section (in the Table of Contents).

Follow the steps there to add your padlet as an assignment within your LMS.
