If you would like users' names to stay associated with your posts when Importing the padlets, do ensure that the users are added to the Padlet for Schools account first. When you Import your padlet, we match the email address of the poster to a Padlet for Schools member.

Author names may be anonymized if they have not been added into the Padlet for Schools account before importing. For posts to display the authors of posts, they must first be members of the Padlet for Schools account.
Importing your padlets using the Import tool in your Padlet for Schools account will only copy your padlets from your individual account. This tool does not transfer padlets from one account to another.

When using the Import tool (copying your padlets): URLs will change! If you have any of these padlets embedded or shared, you will need to embed and share them again. The original links will be broken.

To keep your links working, we will need to transfer your padlets. This will ensure that even though your links will still change, they will automatically forward users to the new location. Please contact Customer Support for help with this move.
