Remove users from an organization account (at padlet.com)

Removing a single user
To remove a single user from your account, follow these steps:
- Click on the Settings cog icon at the top-right of the dashboard.
- Select your School account (from the top) followed by Members.
- Find the user you would like to remove and click the drop-down menu next to their name.
- Click Deactivate.
Deactivating members will remove them from the account, but their padlets will still be accessible by the organization.
Bulk user removal
Removing a single user is one thing but when you have several to remove -- this can become a very tedious task! There is a much quicker way!
- Click on the Settings cog icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Select your School account (at the top) followed by Members.
- Check the boxes next to all of the users you'd like to remove.
For larger accounts, you can bulk search users in the search bar. Type in the email addresses or usernames of those you wish to deactivate. Separate each one with a space or comma.
- Click Deactivate users at the top.
Deactivating members will deny them access to the account, but their padlets will still be accessible by the organization.
