Why is my account frozen?
Starting February 1, 2024 we are implementing some changes to how we handle accounts that are over their padlet quotas.
How it works
If you have recently downgraded your subscription (to either a lower subscription tier or a free account), you may have more padlets created than is allowed for your new tier. When this is the case, we will give you seven days to reduce your padlet count to be at (or below) your new padlet quota. After seven days, all of your padlets will be automatically frozen. Frozen padlets are still accessible but are in read-only mode. They cannot be edited in any way.
To un-freeze your padlets, you will need to reduce your padlet count to the number at (or below) your quota by placing existing padlets in your Trashed folder or subscribing to one of our paid plans.
