Padlet for Schools is designed to help teachers and students collaborate easily in a private environment. You can request a quote from our Subscriptions page.

Padlet for Schools Features

Member accounts

Padlet for Schools is an exclusive workspace for schools. You can add users to the account on the Members page by using invite links, uploading a CSV or by their email address.

Assign roles

Assign three different roles types to users within your account:

Admin - Assign this role to allow certain members additional permissions to help manage the account.
Teacher - Assign a Teacher role for all Teachers within your account. Special permissions can be given to this role to allow for adding and editing users' information.
Student - Assign a Student role for all Students within the account.

Permissions

Control how students and teachers use the account by adjusting the permissions settings. Customizing your Permissions will allow you to determine if students can create padlets within the account and which privacy settings are available to them. You can also choose whether they can interact with accounts outside of the school.

Padlets within your account are, by default, not available to the public. You cannot find them on search engines, for example.

Content moderation

Many teachers have found that restless students can often post abusive/unsavory content on padlets. If you choose to let students post on your padlets, you can use our Content Moderation feature to manually or automatically flag inappropriate content!

Customize even more by selecting the content categories you'd like the moderation tool to include/ignore.

Analytics

View all members within the account and their padlet usage! The Analytics section provides a lot of valuable information regarding the users and the padlets they create/interact with.

Pricing

Padlet for Schools accounts are priced based on the number of active teachers within the account. You will only be billed for the Admins and Teachers that are actively using Padlet. Student roles are free!

Do you accept purchase orders?

We only accept purchase orders for subscriptions $1,000 USD or more (or equivalent in local currency). Subscriptions that are less than $1,000 USD (or equivalent) will need to pay using one of our other payment options. See your available payment options here!

Can I request a Padlet for Schools demo for my school?

Absolutely! You can request a demo here or go to our Subscriptions page and click Request demo.

What is the difference between the Owner, Admin, Teacher and Student roles?

Owners have full access to all features within the Padlet for Schools account.
Admins have access to everything that the Owner does (with the exception of the Billing page).
Teachers and Students can have their permissions customized as the Owner/Admin chooses.
