Bijgewerkt last week door Rana WildsIf an individual teacher wants to use Padlet frequently with their class but doesn't have access to a Padlet for Schools plan, their best option is the Classroom plan.
What is offered in a Classroom Plan?
- Starts with 2 teacher accounts and 100 student accounts
With a Classroom plan, there are no Admin roles strictly for managing accounts only (unless using up one of the Teacher licenses). With the purchase of 1 Classroom account, you get:
~ 1 Owner/Teacher license - This is the person who will set up the Classroom. They can invite students and create padlets but can also modify billing and delete the Classroom.
~ A second Teacher license - This user can invite students and create padlets. They cannot modify billing or delete the Classroom.
~ 100 Student licenses - These are included for free. Students can post, comment and react to posts on padlets created by the Teachers.

Can I add more than 2 Teachers to a Classroom?
Absolutely! After your initial purchase of a Classroom plan, you can purchase additional license bundles on your Classroom's Billing page. Select Manage licenses under the 'Payment info' section. To purchase more than 2 Teacher licenses from the very start, contact us!
Can I add more licenses in the middle of a billing period?
Sure can! Go to your Classroom's Billing page and select Manage licenses. Make your adjustments and confirm your changes. We will charge the prorated amount at the time of purchase.
Can I remove licenses in the middle of a billing period?
Yep! However, the licenses will not be removed from the account until the end of the current billing term. To remove licenses, go to your Classroom's Billing page and select Manage licenses. Make your adjustments and confirm your changes.
Note: No prorated refunds will be given for removing licenses in the middle of a term.
