What does it mean?

You will sometimes find the 'User not found' error message displayed when trying to log in to your Padlet account. This is because the email address being entered does not exist in our database.

How do you fix it?

Log in with the correct email address

Are there any other email addresses you might have used to sign up for Padlet?

  • Think about the different possibilities - This may include:
    • Personal email addresses
    • Work/organization emails
    • School email address
    • Maybe even a spouse's email address

Log in with the correct method

When you initially signed up for Padlet, what method did you use? Did you log in using your email and password? Or did you use one of our SSO options?

If you used SSO, you will need to sign in using the Log in with Google button (or whichever SSO option you initially used).
