Hide a padlet from your Team

If you're a member of a Team and your role is Maker, Admin, or Owner, you can create padlets within the Team. By default, all padlets will initially be hidden from every member of the Team. If your goal is to have your padlet hidden from your Team members, you're already set!

Display a padlet on the shared dashboard

If you want other Team members to see the padlet, you can change the privacy settings by following the steps below:

  1. Open your padlet and click on the Share arrow button at the top-right.
  1. Under 'Privacy options,' toggle the button ON next to 'Show in team dashboard' and 'Require visitors to log in.'
The 'Display in team dashboard' toggle will not be visible unless the padlet is a part of the Team already.
