Teachers transitioning from Backpack to Padlet for Schools

Padlet for Schools is the new and improved version of Padlet Backpack! It has new features and capabilities to better support your teaching experience.

Summary of changes

• Old Domain: yourschool.padlet.org ➔ New Domain: padlet.com

• Access: All of your padlets and school features are now available at padlet.com
• Your Content: Everything stays the same - your login information and all of your work will remain available.

New login process

Access your school account by going to padlet.com and using your existing login credentials. Your password remains unchanged if you previously used email authentication.

Accessing your school workspace

1. Log into padlet.com and click your account name/avatar in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
2. Select your school name from the dropdown menu.

Finding your padlets

• Links to existing padlets on padlet.org will automatically redirect users to their new location at padlet.com. You can find them within your 'Made by me' folder within your school's workspace.
