We only accept certain payment methods depending on your subscription type and location. See below for the options available to you.

Bank transfer details
A bank transfer is a valid payment method if the subscription is more than $1,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency). To transfer your payment, you can access our banking details here.
Please include your invoice number on your payment. This will ensure that we get it applied to the correct account and as quickly as possible.

FAQs
How do I edit my billing address?
First, navigate to your Billing page. Under the 'Payment info' section, you'll see your billing address. Click Update to change the information. Once you're all finished, click Save!

Why is sales tax on my invoice? It wasn't there before.
Team Gold and Padlet for Schools subscriptions: These plans will have tax added onto the base price. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide us with a valid VAT ID or tax exemption certificate so we can adjust the invoice accordingly.
Personal (Gold and Platinum) and Classroom subscriptions: Tax is already included in the price. No additional tax will be added.
