Accessing personal invoices

If you have a paid account and need a copy of your invoice, simply head to your Billing page and check the Invoices area. Click on your account name at the top-right corner of the dashboard > Settings > Billing > Invoices.

You'll be able to see your paid invoices and download copies by clicking the Download icon.

If you are the Admin of a Padlet for Schools account, you can also go to your organization's Billing page. Click on your account name at the top-right corner of your dashboard > Settings > Billing to see your invoices!
If you need to change the billing details on your invoice, please email us with your invoice number and the updated billing information! We will amend the invoice and send it back to you as quickly as possible!

Purchased Padlet on the Apple app store?

Because you did not purchase directly from Padlet, we are unable to provide a paid invoice for your purchase. If you purchased a license through the Apple app store, you can view your purchase history to download a receipt.

Purchased Padlet on the Google Play store?

Because you did not purchase directly from Padlet, we are unable to provide a paid invoice for your purchase. If you bought Padlet through the Google Play Store, you can view your order history to download the invoice.

Accessing Padlet for Schools invoices

From the dashboard, go to your organization's Billing page! Just click your account name at the top-right corner of your dashboard > Settings > Billing to see your invoices!

If you need to change the billing details on your invoice, please email us with your invoice number and the updated billing information! We will amend the invoice and send it back to you as quickly as possible!

FAQs

Why can't I find a receipt or invoice?
If your license is part of a group purchase, the purchase officer or billing contact will get the invoice copy by email.

If you are the purchaser on your account, you should automatically receive a paid invoice in the email address on file after payment is received. If you do not receive it momentarily, please be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders.

If you still can't find your invoice, contact our representatives for help.
My invoice details are wrong. How do I update them?
There isn't currently a self-serve way to edit your invoice. If you need to edit an invoice sent to you by Padlet, please contact us. We would be happy to help you update the invoice address or add any other necessary changes.
