Restrict users from downloading or distributing the contents of your padlet using Copy protection!
With Copy protection, you can prevent users from remaking your padlet within their own account. You can also prevent the content within the padlet from being downloaded or exported!
Using copy protection
To find the 'Copy protection' menu, open your padlet and click on the Settings cog icon (⚙️) > Content > next to 'Copy protection,' click the drop-down menu and choose between the following:
- None - Visitors can remake, download and export the content on the padlet
- Disable remakes - Visitors will not be able to remake the padlet
- Disable all - Visitors will not be able to remake, download or export the content on the padlet
Special permission
You can choose to allow only certain users access to download, remake and export your padlet, while disabling this for everyone else!
If your padlet's 'Copy protection' is set to Disable all or Disable remakes, add a collaborator with Admin permissions. This will allow that particular user to still have access.
