Logging in and out of your Padlet account can be a bit different depending on if you are using a web browser or our Padlet app. Below are step-by-step instructions of how to do this for both instances.

Web browsers

If you are accessing Padlet on a web browser, you can log in and out of your account with the steps below:

How to log in
  1. Visit Padlet.com to log into your account.
  2. Select Log in.
  3. Enter your username/email and password or use the third-party SSO option of your choosing.
How to log out
  1. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click the pink Log out button.

Mobile App

Before you can log into our app, you (of course) have to download it to your device! To download and install the app, click the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and follow the instructions provided.

Alternatively, in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, search for Padlet, select the app, and follow the installation steps.

The Padlet app works on both iOS 16.4 or later, and Android 10 and up.

How to log in

Once you have your Padlet app downloaded onto your device, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Padlet app.
  2. Click Sign up or Log In.
  3. Enter your username/email and password or use the third-party SSO option of your choosing.

FAQs

Why does it say "User not found?" - personal accounts
The email that you're using is not in our registry. Ensure that the email you're using is correct.
What if I can't remember my password?
If all attempts fail, request a new password at http://padlet.com/auth/forgot.
Why does Padlet say "Incorrect Password" or "Bad Password?"
An incorrect password was entered. If you cannot remember your password, request a new one here: http://padlet.com/auth/forgot. If problems persist, contact our friendly member services team.
Is it possible to have multiple accounts under the same email?
Yes. However, they would need to be different plan types. For example, you can have a personal account and a Team Gold account under the same email. But if you try to sign up for an account (via the Sign up button on the homepage) with the same email you will receive an error that says, "Email is taken."
My verification code never arrives. How do I get in?
If you sign in with Google or Apple, you don't need a code. Padlet doesn't send one for these logins, since Google and Apple already verify your email.

If you sign in with an email and password (or with Microsoft), check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Some school email filters block outside mail, so signing in with Google or Apple is often the quickest way in.
