  2. Select Log in.
  3. Enter your username/email and password or with the third-party organization of your choice.

Tenant accounts (Briefcase and Padlet for Schools)

Logging in and out of your Padlet for Schools/Briefcase account is a bit different than a native account. Below are step-by-step instructions of how to do this using both a web browser and our mobile app.

Web browsers

  1. To log into your account, go to your school or organization's unique domain. This domain will look something like this: yourschoolhere.padlet.org.
Do not go to padlet.com to log into your Padlet for Schools/Briefcase account. You will receive an error message indicating your password is incorrect or that you cannot log into your account. Padlet.com and your unique URL ending in padlet.org are two separate domains and can get a bit confusing at times. 😉
  1. Enter your username/email and password or click the third-party organization set up by the owner of the account.
  2. Click Log In.

To log out of your account, click on the name of your account in the top-right corner of the screen and click the pink Log out button.

Mobile app

  1. Open the Padlet app on your mobile device.
  2. Click Log in.
  3. Select Continue to stay logged into the account displayed (if it is your Padlet for Schools/Briefcase account) or select Switch accounts to log into a separate account (if your Padlet for Schools/Briefcase account is not displayed).
  4. On the next page, where all login options are displayed, click on the Log in here link at the bottom.
  1. Enter your subdomain in the 'Domain' field.
  1. Enter your username/email and password or click the third-party organization set up by the owner of the account.
  2. Click Log In.
Contact us for assistance if you need help accessing your school's account.

To log out of your Padlet for Schools/Briefcase account, tap the three-dot ellipsis button (...) More on the bottom-right corner of your screen. Next, tap the Log out button in the top-right corner.

An incorrect password was entered. If you cannot remember your password, request a new one here: http://padlet.com/auth/forgot. If problems persist, contact our friendly member services team.
Is it possible to have multiple accounts under the same email?
Yes. However, they have to be on different domains. You can have a personal account at padlet.com and a Padlet for Schools account at padlet.org with the same email.
