Padlet Diagnostics

When you submit a bug report to us via the Contact Padlet form, we automatically include a set of diagnostics. In this article, we will provide you an overview of the purpose of diagnostics and the types of diagnostics collected.

Purpose of Diagnostics

The purpose of collecting diagnostics is to ensure that Padlet is functioning optimally for you.

When you send us a bug report, we will automatically do a scan of your network. It's a basic test that lets us check if any websites we use to load Padlet is blocked and may explain the cause of the issue.

What diagnostics are collected?

This is a list of diagnostics we collect. The list can also be accessed here.

Rest assured, your privacy is our top priority. We want to emphasize that no personal data is collected. The diagnostics are only used to debug the issue that you are facing.
