GDPR compliance

Padlet is GDPR compliant.

We are certified and adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the EU, the UK, and Switzerland.

We also offer the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) that have been approved by the EU in 2021 as the legal basis of transfer. The SCCs are included by default in our DPA, available at legal.padlet.com/dpa.
