If Padlet isn't working correctly for you, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Visit https://padlet.com/diagnostics and attempt suggested fix(s), if any. Suggested fixes will be indicated with a NO next to them.
  2. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, contact us and share a screenshot of your diagnostic results. We will figure it out together!

Padlet Mobile (Android or iOS)

If the Padlet App isn't working on your mobile device, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the More button (...) at the bottom right side of your screen.
  2. Click on the Run diagnostic button
  3. Contact us with your issue and diagnostic results. We will gladly assist you!
