Navigate between multiple Padlet accounts

Multiple accounts under the same email address

Having more than one Padlet account can cause confusion at times. I'm here to help!

To navigate between accounts, select the user menu at the top of your dashboard. After clicking on your account name, you will see the different accounts associated with this email address.

In the screenshot above, there is an individual Neon (free) account under sweettater0303 (currently selected - indicated by the checkmark) and a Classroom trial account shown under LiberTEA. Click on the account you'd like to create your padlets in and you will be taken there!

I don't see my account

If you don't see the account you're looking for, it may need to be configured in your Settings.

  1. Click on your account name at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click on Dashboard in the panel on the left side of the screen.
  4. Toggle the button next to the accounts you'd like to see in your menu to the ON position.

If you do not see your account listed in your Dashboard Settings, it is likely that it's associated with a different email address.

Multiple accounts under different email addresses

To navigate between two accounts with different email addresses, you will need to log out of your current account and log back in with the additional email. There isn't a way to switch between the two within the user menu at this time.
