Hello there! I assume you're here reading this because you can't see your padlets and have no idea what you did wrong. Allow me to explain.
Why am I suspended?
Padlet is a kid-friendly site and we'd like to keep it that way. In order to maintain a safe environment, our system aggressively suspends users who violate our content policy. If we have mistakenly suspended your account, please contact us.
How do I get unsuspended?
We aim to make Padlet a safe place for all ages to post and view content and employ a handful of tools to detect and take down any padlet violating our Content Policy.
With millions of posts, Padlet heavily relies on machine learning technology to filter non-desirable content. It isn't 100% fool-proof so certain images and videos may be mistakenly reported as suspicious.
We promise you, this isn't personal.
Perhaps our filters are too aggressive but as we go along, the filtering system will improve. If you'd like to have your Padlet account unsuspended, simply contact us and let us know what the situation is! We'd be happy to reinstate your account accordingly!
