If Padlet isn't working correctly for you, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Visit https://padlet.com/diagnostics and attempt suggested fix(s), if any. Suggested fixes will be indicated with a NO next to them.
  2. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, contact us and share a screenshot of your diagnostic results. We will figure it out together!

Padlet Mobile (Android or iOS)

If the Padlet App isn't working on your mobile device, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the More button (...) at the bottom-right side of your screen and then select Run diagnostic.
  2. Contact us with your issue and a screenshot of your diagnostic results. We will gladly assist you!
