Accessing invoices

If you have a paid account and need a copy of your invoice, simply head to your Billing page and check the Invoices area. Click on your account name/avatar at the top-right corner of the dashboard > Settings > Billing > Invoices.

You'll be able to see your paid invoices and download copies by clicking the Download icon.

If you have multiple paid accounts, be sure you are looking at the Billing page under the appropriate account in the menu on the left.

Changing billing address

To change the billing address for future invoices and receipts, head to your Billing page. Under the 'Payment info' section, click Update next to the billing information listed. Make your changes and then click Save!

If you need to update the billing details on an invoice or receipt issued prior to your changes, please email us with your invoice/receipt number and the updated billing information. We will amend the document and send it back to you as quickly as possible!

Purchased Padlet on the Apple app store?

Because you did not purchase directly from Padlet, we are unable to provide a paid invoice for your purchase. If you purchased a license through the Apple app store, you can view your purchase history to download a receipt.

Purchased Padlet on the Google Play store?

Because you did not purchase directly from Padlet, we are unable to provide a paid invoice for your purchase. If you bought Padlet through the Google Play Store, you can view your order history to download the invoice.

FAQs

Why can't I find a receipt or invoice?
If your license is part of a group purchase, the purchase officer or billing contact will get the invoice/receipt copy by email.

If you are the purchaser on your account, you should automatically receive a receipt in the email address on file after we receive your payment. If you do not receive it momentarily, please be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders.

If you still can't find your invoice, contact our representatives for help.
My invoice details are wrong. How do I update them?
To update your billing details for future purchases, go to your Billing page and click Update under the 'Payment info' section. If you need to edit an invoice sent to you by Padlet prior to any changes made, please contact us. We would be happy to help you update the invoice address or add any other necessary changes.
Why can't I see the Billing page in my account?
If you are part of a group subscription (Team/Classroom/Padlet for Schools), you will only see the Billing page if you are the Owner of the account.
