Enable automatic user group provisioning in Blackboard Ultra

To enable automatic user group provisioning in Blackboard Ultra, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Admin account within the Blackboard Ultra LMS. Click your profile icon followed by Admin.
2. On the Administrator Tools page, scroll down to 'Institution policies.'

1. Check the box for Role in Course and select Yes next to 'Allow Membership Service Access.'
2. Click Submit.
