Why am I not seeing the import button?

Trying to import your Padlets made from your personal account but don't seem to see the Import button?

Chances are, you're not logged in to the correct account. You'll need to ensure that you are logged into the Backpack subscription first to be able to see the Import button. To ensure you are successfully logged in the Backpack subscription, the domain you see in your URL should end with padlet.org and not padlet.com.

If you see the Import button, then you know you're logged in the correct account! Ta-da! Now you're ready to start importing Padlets.
