What is the recommended size for wallpapers and icons?

There really isn't an exact or recommended size because we do not have any format restrictions. You can, however, use the estimates below that usually works well!
- Wallpapers: 600 x 800 px
- Logo - 196 x196
- Cover image - 500 x300
Generally, the logo is never shown larger than 128x128, so you can try one of those sizes or anywhere in between.
