Padlet has something for you that is convenient as well as secure.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Enabling third-party login, otherwise known as single sign-on \u003Cem>(SSO)\u003C\u002Fem>, is a secure and easy way to give access to your account. You can use your existing credentials with Google, Microsoft or ClassLink by turning on third-party login for Padlet for Schools.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If you are interested in SAML SSO, please refer to \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fpadlet.help\u002Fl\u002Fen\u002Farticle\u002Face31gvcyi-set-up-saml-on-padlet\" target=\"_blank\">this article\u003C\u002Fa>.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cdiv class=\"note-callout\">Only the owner of your Padlet for Schools account can enable third-party login.\u003C\u002Fdiv>\u003Ch3>Enable third-party login\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Col>\u003Cli>To enable third-party login, log into your Padlet for Schools account.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>From your dashboard, click on the \u003Cstrong>Settings cog icon\u003C\u002Fstrong> in the top-right corner &gt; \u003Cstrong>Organization info\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>Find the field that says, \u003Cem>&#39;Third party log in&#39;\u003C\u002Fem> and click the pencil icon.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>Choose \u003Cstrong>Google\u003C\u002Fstrong>, \u003Cstrong>Microsoft\u003C\u002Fstrong> or \u003Cstrong>ClassLink\u003C\u002Fstrong> - depending on your provider. Read below to learn more about these options.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cdiv class=\"warning-callout\">For users to log in with Microsoft or Google, you must either add them to the account first \u003Cstrong>OR\u003C\u002Fstrong> turn on automatic account creation. Keep reading to learn how to turn on automatic account creation.\u003C\u002Fdiv>\u003Ch3>Create student accounts automatically\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp>By default, enabling third-party login will allow \u003Cem>existing\u003C\u002Fem> \u003Cem>users\u003C\u002Fem> in your account to log in with SSO. If you want to automatically assign or provision licenses through SSO, you will need to enable this additional feature.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>When you turn on the feature to create student accounts automatically, a user with your email domain can go to your unique Padlet for Schools&#39; URL, log in with SSO, and be assigned a student license.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If your students have a different email domain than yours, you can add that domain in the \u003Cem>&#39;\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cem>Alternative email domains\u003C\u002Fem>\u003Cem>&#39;\u003C\u002Fem> field.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>These users will default to the \u003Cstrong>Student\u003C\u002Fstrong> role. If you want memberes to use third-party login exclusively, you can enable this option. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>With this enabled, your login page will \u003Cem>only\u003C\u002Fem> display the third-party login option and users will not be allowed to log in with a password.
