Why am I unable to view a padlet a colleague shared organization-wide?

If you are unable to view a padlet even if your colleague shared this padlet with your entire school, please first make sure that you are logging into your Backpack account and not a free or Pro account.

To log into Backpack, please be sure to first go to your school's unique domain, ending in padlet.org

If you go to your domain and input your email address and are still unable to log in, there is a chance that you have not yet been added to your school's Backpack account. In this case, we recommend that you kindly contact the person who set up the account (the account admin) at your school and ask them to add you.
