Why am I still getting charged if Padlet canceled my account?
If you purchased through the app, check to see if you still have an account. You may need to cancel your account the mobile app as well.
If this is not the case, it is likely that you actually have another account that is still active. Don't worry! We'll make sure both accounts are cancelled. Please contact us and provide us with any information: invoice numbers, usernames, email addresses or charge dates and we will look into it for you.
