All the padlets you have created as a paid user are saved in your account. If your padlets exceed the free plan cap, your \u003Ca href=\"\u002Fl\u002Fen\u002Farticle\u002F1lkpvciur8-freezing-padlets-when-your-account-is-above-its-quota\" target=\"_blank\">padlets will be frozen\u003C\u002Fa> and creating \u003Cem>more\u003C\u002Fem> padlets may be limited until you \u003Ca href=\"\u002Fl\u002Fen\u002Farticle\u002Fo81b0577h6-delete-a-padlet\" target=\"_blank\">remove padlets\u003C\u002Fa> -- or subscribe to a paid plan again.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If you have uploaded files on your paid account that are above the Neon\u002Ffree plan limits, you will still get to keep these files. For example, if you subscribed to the Gold plan and uploaded a 100MB file, you will still get to keep the file on your padlet after cancelling your subscription -- even though the upload limit is 20MB per file on the Neon plan.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Team and Classroom\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>When you downgrade, you can continue using the Team or Classroom plan, however, you will not be able to create any additional padlets. All the padlets you have created as a paid user are saved in your account. If you&#39;d like to create more padlets than what is currently within your account, you will have to re-subscribe to a paid Team or Classroom again.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If you have uploaded files on your paid account, they will not be affected when you downgrade and you will still get to keep and\u002For view these files as well.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Padlet for Schools\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>The access will be closed once the account expires.
