What happened? How do you fix it?\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If your Padlet for Schools account is frozen, the account is most likely past due for payment. After 60 days of no payment, the subscription will be canceled.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3>\u003Cstrong>How can I fix this?\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp>Your padlets will be in a frozen state until further action is taken. Once we have been in contact with the Owner and have a plan set up, you can continue to use the padlets within School your account.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch5>Transfer your padlets\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cp>You can transfer your padlets to your individual account. Click on your \u003Cstrong>account name\u002Favatar\u003C\u002Fstrong> in the upper-right corner of your dashboard and you will see the option to transfer your padlets. Once you click \u003Cstrong>Transfer my padlets\u003C\u002Fstrong>, you will login to your personal account, select which workspace you want to transfer the padlets to, and then click \u003Cstrong>Transfer padlets\u003C\u002Fstrong>.
